no - the dbase is too big as it is so new leagues will not be added
and when those unexistent teams get to a higher division, doesnt they ruin the entire higher division statistics?

the problem is that the exchange the "money" tag uses in not the one that is active in real life, so I dont think the number you gave is valid.
Try to give a number in dollars or euros so we can all understand, and perhaps we can find thos 10 or 20 users, and between all of them we can afford the database costs.

If you really want to do some nice work, we can do.
A romanian user has a hosting and he doesn't ask for money for him (til now), but the site is not used, because no one takes care of him... We can make there a database and some other interesting things. I wanted to make it romanian database+other stuff, but didn't had the time yet and nor the users to help me (I don't know too much of programming).
So, if you're interested, I can talk with that user and see if the site is good for anything.

I can't update last 2 rounds on Chile. Only the rank points are updated.
It 'd be better if all databases were merged to 1 site (DreamTeam, NTDB,...).
