Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

there is a wrong referral i think, loopwsworld.at aint working anymore and the address is now something else, thats why you get that forbidden text.

no way to repair it yourself tho, rtg or someone has to fix it.
just gotta wait :)

remember the actual scouting tool does a slightly better job than what you are running there - there are loads of players who have never played an official game and therefore will not show up on the dream team site. especially useful for u21 managers.

i do see some changes compared to yesterday and i can see some unknown guys worth looking at though it's funny to see some guys who played regularly with an unknown position and one of our strikers appears as mid :p
