Subject: Bankruptcy - need changes??

2009-06-15 14:24:20
but if the price wasnt enough for gettin out from bankrupt what then?

Then it's his fault. No question about that...

that's a different situation. Then he speculated wrongly.

Sorry mate but you are looking at it too much black and white.
Why should he listen more than one player?
His player was worth enough to get out of dept 10 times.
Do you sell 2 players for 10m if you need 500k?

Think about it, it makes no sense at all.

I agree

In the first senario the buyer didnt transfer the player, thats nothing the seller can do anything about. = Shouldt result in a rule change!

But if the seller thats going bankrupt (which is the case here as fare as i understand is) is not putting enough player on TL so the sale of them generate enough money. = Then it´s clearily his own fault and the rules shouldt be followed = no second chances should be given.

U dont know how big was his dept and if this was enough.

This is not only my opinion but many users from Poland.

That's because most of you are not able to see beyond your own nose.
I feel very sorry for the people thinking like that.

He can only collect a certain amount of dept unless he received some sort of punishment from the staff before.
He listed a player that would have given him enough money even if a server down had happened.
He did not do a single mistake there, it's a system problem.

You can't tell him: Hey, better listen 10 A-Team players just to make sure at least one is brought in by the buyer.

He might not know, at least I don't. But do you?

The final price for the player he tried to sell was 400k€. That should be enough or otherwise he's making enormous economical losses every week.

Don't mind those Polish frustrated users, we have lots of them. There is a certain group of users[~20] who are just waiting for ANYTHING dubious, or odd to bitch about admins and attack them. Ignore them.

ohh sorry master U are the biggest and only Your opinion is good :>

Ignore them.

Ignore Yourself :>

It wouldn't be quite possible for one to ignore himself, don't you think so? Give it a rough thought.
2009-06-15 15:02:55
Yes and it wouldnt be me :>

You didn't point that question for me but I just gave it a rough thought. An altruist might be able to do it. Perhaps that's what he meant.

Ok, I'll shut up :)
2009-06-15 15:08:00
Not at all. Altruist might ignore his needs in order to spend money/time at helping other people. But it's not ignoring himself :P

Well anyhow, the question was:

What are you guys thinking about it and what should be changed in system of bankruptcy(if should at all)?

Imo, if admins experience issues where they need to take action (like in this case) and bend the rules slightly. Then they should seriously consider making some rulechanges.

Why not make the system send the players automatically if the team is in a situation where bankruptcy is just around the corner? Then we would not end up in a sitiuation where managers will go bankrupt due to other managers unwillingness to transfer a player.
2009-06-15 15:37:27
Not it's going to be a 72h bankrputcy time, so everyone will be able to send the playerafter the transfer finishes. So there's no problem anymore.
2009-06-15 15:38:39
it's official, the time will be extended?
