Subject: Bankruptcy - need changes??
I'm just saying its a bit harsh only having 24 hours, what if the players refuse to sell, what could they do then, nothing.
All the other rules are great, you have t have some sort of structure, and balance on everygame.

It's now changed from 24 hours to 72 hours.
It was 24 hours before the change ;-)

Normally if somebody make mistake admins should follow the rules that was standing in the time when that mistake was done, so in this case I think it is good that they change that rule, but don't think it is good to show people that for some polish user they have different rules...cause I'm pretty sure if there wasn't polish user, that user would be first banned and after his case somebody would change this rule
Since there is no report of this case happing before there is no reason for this polish or not-polish argumentation. I personally see no reason to think that polish users are handled differently. I agree with you on the "the rule should be for everyone" thing, but if something never has happened before in sokker, then I think the first one should not be handled differently as all others are, to make it fair :)
but (i) don't think it is good to show people that for some polish user they have different rules...
- i have never observed a case, where polish users were treated better than others because of their natinality. eg: whenever a polish manager starts a second team in austria, admins react with a gameban.
and btw: the majority of admins is NOT polish: while about half of sokker-users are polish, only one third of the admins are polish. nationality should not be important for any admin vote.

just a sidenote - I did. What about official amnesty in Poland where users who confessed to have two teams got only huge financial penalties and not bans...
As admin I can assure you that we don't treat Polish users differently than others!
I don't know excactly which case you're referring to, it's unimportant anyway. Admins take a decision together, and as Glück wrote, there are more non-Polish admins.
Polish managers aren't favored, everyone who's claminig the opposite is simply wrong ;-)
Moreover, "normal" user don't have the level of information as admins or mods do and therefore aren't able to judge a case the same way. In the official forums you can often read posts which content was just put together from things heard or read somewhere ... like it happens in newspaper from time to time ;-)

i remember it too, it was said as offical thing, not as rumour
the changes were anounced in £, my question is in € how much it is in sokker?
in the real world 300,000.00 GBP=352,462.68 EUR but in sokker i don't know...spanishes have put 500 000€ while portugueses have put 2 000 000€ (which i guess to be totaly wrong)
any idea of the sokker value of bankruptcy in €? ty

In sokker the conversion rate zł to € is 1 to 4, so in my opinion the bankruptcy value in € is -500,000 € ;)
500 000 euro ;)
i cant understand why the announcement was made in terms of GBP (other than the fact rtg did it)
the majority of users are polish even :P
is there no way of putting a script in which reads cookies or something?
