What is the problem ?


If payment was made by payment card check if:

on the card is located sufficient amount of funds
credit card has enabled online payment functionality
payment card has high enough limit for online payments
Make a transaction with another payment card or choose another payment method.

There is enough money and card (mastercard) is useful ...

I've bought PLUS trough my pay pal account end of january, my membership ended 3 february and since that day my PLUS is not extended :(
I've already sent all info to Mod Zuivere more than a week ago but still no change....
Who can help??? I've had PLUS since i started in 2006....

Skril and visa has problem it says 733 forbidden.Check it please because we cant put plus!

Problem solved and Plus package has been reversed.

I did plus suscription yesteday, I haven' t recived any email of payment details or nothing... How long til it activates?

How did you pay? DotPay, PayPal, Skrill? Has your money been blocked?

Hey guys again problem with plus visa payments.Its says... forbidden and some poland words!Its being a long time that i havent plus because of this.Please fix it!!

guys.. I have mastercard and make paypal acc.

do I have to go to the bank to verify the account and the card I entered on the paypal account? pls help i cant wait to get plus..without plus i cant play game again :)

one more ? i will use paypal only for buying plus for sokker. is it enough master card cos i dont have visa card? :)

If the payment was complete you should have received an e-mail regarding you payment details.
