MINI WORLD CUP U21 TOURNAMENT.

Main rules:

1. ALL countries can join this tournament. (except country who play WORLD CUP)
2. Tournamen Start at week 3 every season.
3. All coach who want to join must have comitment to play until this tournament over.

U21 MINI WORLD CUP TOURNAMENT.

Match Rules:

1. U21 mini WC TOURNAMENT will play 2 stage.
a. Group Stage
- play at week 3, 4, 5,
-- WEEK 3: 1 vs 4, 2 vs 3
-- WEEK 4: 1 vs 3, 2 vs 4
-- WEEK 5: 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4

team with higher rank will play HOME.
USE LEAGUE SYSTEM.

I will use RANDOM GENERATOR for group drawing with these steps and rules:
1). participant number is based on registration list number.
2). each drawing result will fill the first place in the all group first untill all first place at group are full then will continue to fill the second place in the all group and so on.
b. Knock out stage.
- the best eight team will go to knock out stage.
- the draw for Quarterfinal round will use Match Generator with rules:
1). all teams will be numbered 1 to 8 with number 1 team is the best winner from all group winner and so on until the last one.
2). match generator will be use to drawing the match with that number and the drawing match result will numbered as QF1, QF2, QF3, and QF4.
- QUARTERFINAL round will play at week 6.
- SEMIFINAL round will play at week 7.
1). SEMIFINAL 1: QF1 winner vs QF4 winner
2). SEMIFINAL 2: QF2 winner vs QF3 winner
- FINAL round will play at week 8.
1). FINAL 1-2: SF1 winner vs SF 2 winner
2). 3-4 place: SF1 looser vs SF2 looser.

2. MAXIMUM TIME to accept invitation: WEDNESDAY, 23:00:00 sokker time
after that time, you are free to arrange another friendly with other country, with NOTE: invitation you have sent. do not CANCELLED it. Let it be deleted automatically when you got new friendly agreement. and for that, you will surely win WO for 1-0 + got 3 points and the loose team will suffer with 0-5. (i decided this to make all match arranged and not give any advantage to one team).

3. Please inform me or on this forum if your invitation has not accepted by your oponenent UNTIL TUESDAY.

4. If both team not played their match, and no any information, then the result is:
a. on group stage: will decided as draw with 0-0. and no points gained for both ( zero points for both team).
b. on knock out stage: one looser team will replace them to the next round.
- criteria for looser team who got right to replace non playing team on the next round:
1). the smallest minus of differential goal.
2). will be drawing by random generator if there are 2 teams or more that fulfill criteria 1).

5. addition rules will be added if another situation not mentioned above appear.

5.a. addition rules: all team who meet with USA U20 must play with U20 player after a deal with USA coach as they want to train their U20 squad this seasson.
