I want to express my apology to you, for not finding a way to clarify and explain to you the rules we use in this tournament.
It is not the fact that you missed the deadline to accept the game with Wales (Cymru). (That was a reason enough to miss the next stage of the tournament.) The manager of Wales decided to give you one more chance (as it is described in the rules) and play with you.
You used players in the age of 21. This is the reason why your team is not in the next round. It is an Under 20 tournament.
I believe there is only one reason for you, for having used players in the age of 21 and the reason is not understanding the english language.
I want to apologise again for any inconvenience I may have caused and add that I feel sorry about not finding a way to clear up this with you. Please accept my apology. Cheers.
