Sounds fair, then it might be that some corner cases are failing.

It is not surprising if people is annoyed about the system they were never told how it works :P

I mean, in the end it is faith, "it does make sense, but, you know, I can't tell you how it works" :P I understand if they want to keep it secret for whatever reason, but then again, maybe users, once they know how it works, would say "ooooh so that was the thing... Yeah, it is actually OK" :P

agree

this the second biggest failure of that system (even if it have nothing to do with it ;P)

there are lots of things that happen and that you cant explain, even in real life :) If that's a reason to 'dislike' an online game, you have serious problems :)

This doesnt happen very often. F.E. devs once made changes to the weight that striker skill has in striking goals (they actually decreased the weight, and now its the skill with the smaller relative weight in any event of a match). This was done to keep the match results "similar" to real life scores (lets say 2-0, 3-1, 0-0, etc) and avoid matches ending 18-11 all the time.

The explanation for reducing the weight of the skill is logical and can be easily understood, but then I would prefare the game to have unrealistic scores than to see that in every matche divine striker players miss impossible goal chances like it happens now

The problem here is that this is a game, and devs should work hard for us to keep liking the game, and interact with community more often, and worry about the interest of the current and future players (more to say those that pay PLUS). And that is not happening... or at least a majority of the people doesnt think that it is happening (perhaps devs are very worried about the game, but they do nothing visible). That is what should clearly change.

there will always be some .... who dont like something, but sorry nobody cares about whether you like it or not...

You don't get it. Users have their idea about what "supporter mood" is and how it will changed. Then, something completely different happens. There are two possibilities:
A) they understand why it wasn't as they expected. "You learn something everyday".
B) they don't understand what happened. And then, it happens again. "Wtf?"
I don't care if they are right or not: in one case, they take it easy, in the other case they get angry.

And you know the difference between Sokker and real life? In Sokker, we know God exists, his name, and his sk-mail address :P So, in real life you wonder all your life why some things just happen; in Sokker, you knock god's door and complain, "hey, it's your fault, do something", etc etc. Again, I'm talking about whether it is fair, reasonable or whatever, it just is. Like in a fact. And the proof is that we do have users angry at the supporter's mood system.
Yo can tell me that they're wrong, OK, buut we have a sizable mass of wrong, angry people, and that doesn't help the game.

PS: jokes appart, Sokekr is man-made, so it's not like natural laws, but more like man-made law. And you accept unexplainable natural events, but I'm 100% sure you don't just accept, say, a tax system which you don't understand. And the govt saying "look, it's complicated, but believe me, your tax bill makes sense" :P

please do not merge the topic Furious fans = furious managers with this one. This one is about current and future state of sokker not about fan mood algorithm flaws :P

international competition is the answer. the only way to give motivations every seasons! no way out!

No news from a long time ..

Dev are you sleeping ?
Without new implementations , sokker will decrease his charme soon ..

I would like to have ..

1) Double board tactics (with or without ball).

2) Modifies to promotion and relegation with draws every season.
(A lot of users are bored to be trapped into the same league)

3) New youth system . ( a little boring now ..)
( For example , I would like to see every week a match between junior players and to have possibility to choose one , without know his skill.. ).
