Subject: Is Sokker dying?
Quite a few other possibilities. SK doesn't show up on the radar, so people simply don't know it's there. It looks hideous, so more people might give it a pass without so much as signing up. Whatever the reason is, common sense tells you that a) new people are born, and b) the numbers never were high enough to come even close to exhausting the potential. A simple comparison with HT shows that HT gets thousands new users every day. (It loses more users than it retains, but that's beside the point.) Don't tell me the market is exhausted. It simply cannot be true.
We need to support the game... New improvements were made this days and now it´s time to say "ok, I don´t have any problem with buying a 6 euros plus to cooperate".
then more improvements will come, and more users will think about sokker as their first or second option (not their fifth, wich means they will finally give up playing, obviusly...) and more newbie users will find this attractive and will not give up in a few months, IMO.

Which is irrelevant.

Because HT actually DOES something to get the users. I left my account there over a year ago and today I've got a mail from them about opening a new team, very nicely written, with a proper graphic background.
Don't tell me the market is exhausted.
It's not exhausted. But it's not as full as it was before. Plus I'm not talking about market for online managers, but market for sokker.org - there's a huge difference.

New managers get a note after 15 days telling them their players and coaches are getting worried about their future. So in Sokker this option also exist.
And I opened a FREE PLUS! topic, but many are posting that promotion doesn't help or isn't worth the time etc etc. But that way Sokker would also get more users, but if managers aren't willing to do anything for it ......

Nonsense :) There is always a market for online games, but people have to know the game exists.

Eh...look, they DID know that sokker.org existed so probably they STILL know that. There were 800+ people registering weekly in Poland, now there are ~300. It's not because of sokker's slacky promotion.
Former users didn't stop playing Sokker because they liked it so much, no need to try to get them back .... It's how many new managers come and play Sokker and probably, or for sure, many don't know the existence of Sokker yet. And that has everything to do with promotion.

This is our goal for the future:a global promotion.

Actually, HT has got a ton of success with mailing former users.
HT numbers have still fallen a lot though, I think they were well on course for 1m at one point, no where near that now.
HT passed the 1M mark. Numbers have dropped pretty dramatically since. Well over 650K active users right now. The interesting thing is that HT has pretty much stopped the loss of 'old' users. Retaining new users is very hard. I do believe HT loses something in the neighbourhood of 8 out of 10 new users within 3 months. Guess what the most cited reason for leaving is? It's too complicated. I get the distinct feeling that the main problem is that the market has dumbed down. 'Old' users want more depth, new users want to invest the least possible ammount of effort.

I've read the idea and that would be a good change :)

you mean something like tagging graffitis in the streets?
that would be ok for me, I have many ideas...

Well, I didn't actually mean damaging property or do illegal stuff while promoting Sokker, but graffiti is an original idea :)
I would like it a lot more if you do reverse graffiti (specially if it is done on walls of my appartement ;P), like this:

nice videos! But I think I´ll try the traditional style :P
I hope I´ll find time enough for this very soon...
but I think I need a slogan... it could be something like:
SOKKER.COM... you play it, you get access to the "most beautiful women in the world" thread.
:P
