all youthplayers are as good as yesterday... that is not changed.
But what has changed is how accurate you can see the current level of a youthplayer. Since today it is not as precise anymore as it was.
So, no change of level today, but change of vissibility.

will the height of GK have effect on his goalkeeping ability?

It's just about acceleration, not about the final speed.
lol 2 big players and what ? my best defs are under 175 :) 2 best are 169 and 168
the same for headers, small guy with big head will be more successful than tall guy with small head in air duels

As I said, your ys coach doesn`t know exactly the lvl.
The better your ys coach is the more exactly he will know the youth level.
For example
Before this update i had a junior
solid 22
he is now good, because that my ys coach can`t exactly say the lvl, but we know that the lvl is solid.
