height is allright :D

i wish to pull full spectrum of height in my team. for example i wish to get 2 tall and 2 short defenders, short winger and tall all other midfield players.

central striker could be tall and wingatt short.

imho if you have every kind of players your tactical possibilities are much greater than with having only tall or only short players.

aswell in defence as in offence.

let's see how the prices will be afected, on TL :)

ofc its better to have tall and short. i ust want my 2 best central defs to be tall. mids can be short. but atm for me most important are those defs. want them tall xD

but i m curious about the height of the GK, i think taller Gk have an advantage vs shorter GKs :)

btw, another question:
young players (let's say max 19yo) are able to grow up, in height?
because I wouldn't like that my 16yo striker to have 1.6m, and either having 2m is a bit unrealistic...

yep on our forum the same question appear fi the players will grow.... i ahve 2 opinions about this:

1. the height will be still, i mean it appear with 173cm it should stay always liek that
2. tll 19-20years the player can grow max 10cm.


but then will b e almost no short players if they will grow... so what there will be 150/140cm 16 y.o. payers that will grow to 160cm? :)

THey will not rise in height.

I guess if there will be any growth then players come in with random height. Some will grow taller some will stay the same or grow only marginally.

but for me better to stay like it appears from the start. if the players has 16.y.o. with 185 or 168 it should stay that way ;)



well firstly you get a mid with 165 cm. you think making hima winger, than BAM he grows and having a tall guy as winger is not so good, so you need to reprofile him into a DM or CM... so it will be a pain in the ass .

phisiologically growing stops at the age of 15-16 yo...

and about GKs, i think shorter would be better thanks to better acceleration.

lol how shorter Gks can be better than taller one. at shot stopping taller ones will be extremely good rather than shorter one that will get goals very often. ad the Gk doesn't need a lot of running to have this acceleration bonus

It depends if height will be a factor in goalkeeping...
