i hope...is testing :)

I wouldn't expect more than minor adjustings of the new engine. And I didn't see many complaints after NT matches, seems like most users like it so far.

Yup, the general opinion is that it's a good move.

But do you remember when greg implemented curved passes, or changing the direction of run? It was happening all the time, how often does it happen now?

I remember that we had introduced lobbing the gk, it hasn't happened since the tests I think...

those launchings look kinda real so its normal, but about wingers its not real at all if they kick the ball out of bounds too much.like with corners..If those kickings would be fixed it would be great engine change.maybe less launchings would be better.

I remember it was introduced together with changing the direction while running with ball...

Match Engine
News
New modifications in match generator will be tested in friendly games.

List of key modifications (these are all subject to change and under discussion):

- If there is no one to play the ball to, a player may pass the ball effectively to themselves by heading it a bit ahead of themselves.
- Fixed a bug with headers - players will now head the ball more often.
- Chesting the ball - Players will now take the ball down on their chest and immediately start playng.
- Improved player decision system relating to when to pass or not.
- Upgraded player shooting decisions (they will be less likely to shoot from sharp angles, but will now shoot from longer distances if possible).
- It will now be possible to dribble past the goalkeeper (success depends on player scoring and playmaking and oponents' keeper skill)
- More clever shots when one on one with the keeper (for example, placing the ball using less power).
- Fixed freekick wall.
- A new skill "positioning" will be introduced from next season. For testing all matches will be played with the lowest value of positioning for all players. More information about this skill will be provided later.

I remember that there were lobs during the test phase...

too much "Launch and run"....he hurt me :((

For me it's better if a player can make one (1) "launch and run" every min (or every action for example)....in this way it will be reduce...

Maybe this kind of running should be more exhausting...

I had only 2 dribbles that went over the sideline last match. And because of dribbles my striker finally did what I always wanted him to do. It couldn't be better if you ask me :)

And to those who complain that wingers play to much dribbles over the sideline, don't let your wingers play that close to the line is my advise :)
