To be honest I agree with what Langhes said in the Irish forum a couple of days ago, the midfield seems a bit random and their positioning seems irrelevant.

I see more interpassing if I jam them together. Look at Rhys - his strikers and CMs do exactly that, whilst if you space out the mids then they seem to work well.

My league match was the most beautiful football my team has played.... :D

It's not pointless, it's logical. Too many people have played this game in the past wrongly assuming they could get by without tech, now it's impossible without it.

I agree that in parts of the field where space is limited and you have opponents on your shoulder you need a lot of technique. But when you are clear in space you shouldn't need any - except to control the ball.

For every skill there should be a (non-gk) position on the field that does not require it. Eg wingers don't need def, strikers don't need pm/passing, passing-heavy mids don't need pace, defs don't need scoring, etc. Otherwise you will just end up with teams of players equally well trained in every skill.

In my matches my defenders make awesome slides to save the day, not ruin it :P

i swear they have fixed it slightly, my players' (mostly traineese) passing tonight is b-e-a-utiful!

My wing launched the ball out of bounds 8 times out of 10 today so im ultra mad.

Thats because he has low tech. My winger lost it once will trying to round a defender, the rest of the time his outstanding tech just played it in field like a smart person.

Then place him further from the sideline. My winger with brilliant tech also lost the ball few times in the last matches, but only when he was really close to the line.
