And that makes it a crappy non-realistic change? :P
The non-realistic thing is a need to launch. If you cant do it then why do it ?
what do you think about importance of this: (in % of weight)
primary skill
sekundary skill
experience
form
My estimation are:
skills vs form and exp. = 60:40
primary vs. secondary skill - 60:40
experience vs. form - 40:60
my description:
The most important are skills (but if player have form 8 or lower or experience 6-8 and below skills are not so important) that is why 60:40
Primary skill is important, but it is not everything. I like more DEF skill 11 with secondary skills around 10 than DEF skill 13 with secondary skills around 7.
And I will rather use DEF skill 10 (form 15, experience 10) than DEF 11 (form 8, exp. 5)

my superdivine tech brilliant exp winger has not lost a asingle ball due to launches...
in a crappy form...

well, my superdivine tech, divine exp, superdivine form winger had a "nice" move in NT match last Friday when he launched the ball to a goal kick while there wasn't any defender closer then one square to him :|
Still, launching the ball is really the great imrovement in ME (at least imo) but slides could still use some adjustments (mostly in the part when players are making decision to try it or not).

They could try doing it less to cut out my through balls :(
For me, the biggest improvement was how passing and controlling the ball were tweaked. It doesn't draw so much attention because is not "new" stuff, but it changed the game drastically.
As for launch and runs, I can't see the "tech frenzy" some users talk about: before this change, players without tech ran much slower with the ball, got caught, and tackled. Without tech, of course, they lost every def vs tech contact. After the change, many times they launch the ball before getting caught, and then only pace matters. Even if they're slower they may arrive just in time to steal teh ball again (defending is still better than dribbling in this game). Hence, you can still use high tech wings, but now you can choose to go for simply fast wings.
In my case, I have this brilliant pace, excelent techique player which I often use as a winger (best option in my team). Before the change, he had hard times in keeping the ball long enough to cross, and most of the times he only did if he received the ball far from the defenders. Now, he still can take advantage of being all alone, but even if he isn't he have a decent chance to escape thabks to his speed.
All in all, I'd say technique is less necessary now, as you can choose a different mix of pace and tech given your budget or training weeks.

The only thing I've noticed about the new engine that I don't like is that, if your strikers aren't playing right on the offside line, you've pretty much no chance of getting through the defence. Multiple times this season I've seen the better teams lose, simply because the weaker team sat right back. That's something that needs tweaking because it has the potential to become just as bad as the "Everyone push up" problem we had before.
My last cup match (yes, i was eliminated), by a bot, but ME is too random and sometimes weird.
minute 4': My best defender (Magical x2) get red card, for make a foul to a very weak striker.
minute 9': One of my mids get red card, for a simple foul in the middle of the terrain.
minute 13': Penalty against me.
Their strikers were more accurate than mines (mines has a better level by far), so how could be that possible a First Division team looses against a bot? Thanks to that random cards...
ME sucks and sucks too much... i never saw something like this...

100 tactics for Plus users, it seems?
What about the other ones, why they are punished??
He could've, at least, made 100 tactics for NT coaches also...
Can a NT coach with plus confirm if he has or not 100 tactics for NT?

At last the nr of tactics has been increased. it was very unpleasant for me to have only 10 available tactis... often i had to delete older tactics to create just for a specific opponent...now i have the opportunity to have lots of tactics available to use and easy to edit.
Imho good implementation

You have plus.
Can you tell me how many slots you have at Russia?
if there are 100... I will start a sokker revolution.

At NT???
Shit of bull... I have 10.
THIS IS SURELY NOT FAIR!!
NTs shouldn't be affected by plus/nonplus!!

100 is a nice number, but lets be honest now, who on earth is going to make 100 tactics?:)
For me about 15-20 maximum is more than enough.
