There is something wrong with this list I think. For example, it has Jalea of Scarberia, the Canadian Cup winner, but we are ranked 45th right now

Not that I don't think he deserves to be there, just that it can't be right :)

why not? That only requires 12 countries above Canada to have the cup/league winner the same.

I haven't actually worked it out myself, I'm just assuming they've worked it out right.

In many countries the Cup winner and first NT-leauge winner is the same team, therefor it could look like it do. All is explained in the rules ;)

I counted about 13 countries that move their cup place to the next, cause one team won both competitions this season. If I'm not wrong the Venezuela cup winner is the last that will be given a place in CL. That's according to current national team ratings of course. ;)
