A modification from the previous system is that your junior coach’s general skill now decides on exactly how the total skills of each junior are determined. The higher the coach level, the more exact the junior level determined. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you. If a junior does not play in a match it does not affect his training - he will still get full training.
Notice, there was no change on the actual speed that juniors are trained, the only modification is how your coach shows the overall level...

so contrary to the opinion of some, there are no junior games until next week?

if everything will be ok the junior games will start next week as the senior games :)

If it's next week, my first junior team will look something like -

GK - formidabe (was v good)
OF - 2 x form (2 x exc), 1 x exc (solid), 3 x v good (exc, solid, good), 2 x solid (solid, good), 2 x good (v good & solid).

Will the ratings be the same as if the player were a senior player or will the be adjusted for juniors like in HT?

I have a question (probably a noob one...)

If I have 22 juniors in my Youthschool, I can set 2 junior teams?? Or it's 1 per team?

age is accurate or just guess like level ?

I would like to know that for sure too, before sacking half players form YS

what about , if i got a good - 34 week youth, with excellent pace?! have 3.0 talent,pop 10 times, end pace can't grow over 10, so i lose a lot of skills?! maybe with this new feature, we cant able to pull normal youths, over ~outstanding... all will have 3-4 keeper, and 3-4 striker skill too.. lol.

are the junior leagues supposed to be created today?

of course: yes.

only the talent and level is vague.

no. that is the current age. They will still get older each season.

But, we know the age for sure, there is no uncertainty on this.


So, for example my guy:

Eddie Scobie 16 solid outfield 22

I know that he is definitely 16 now. And when he is finally pulled in 22 weeks he will definitely be 18.
