i do not agree on this, you will have statistic data. The ups and downs are related to real skilllevel on that moment. But you have to understand trendlines. How more weeks a player is in the youth the better you can see the trend of a players progression.
And no, the 'crazy coach level' has no influence on the player. Talent is as it was. (Ofcourse the level of the coach has influence on the talent, but only as how it worked before)

mmm... so, we only need 11 junior in school, because the rest wont train as starting eleven do it...

before, all juniors was training with the same variables, now only 11 train 100% (playing a game)

ive got a 20yo outstanding player coming out next week, im probably just not going to pull him and keep him on my jr team (if hes still eligible that is)

You train all youthplayers as it was.
the only thing that has chaged is the matter of fact that you don't know the exact skilllevel a youthplayer has. But if a player plays you will get a more precise prediction of the skillevel he has.

is it possible to play friendly games with junior team ? just thought if you have the only junior team in you country your junior team is useless you cant get any talent estimations !
where do you set tactics for youth matches?
So, just to clear things up, is there any point in recording junior talent anymore?
training (after school...). And, hopefully, with better youth graphs when the juniors had their first matches.
