i really dont get how im supposed to see more precious junior´s level (and skills estimation) when im able to play only 1match per week and i have 30juniors

What day youth have their matches? And when these juniorleagues starts?

the thing is you will know the talent when you put a junior in 10 or 11 straight matches.. once you know his talent you can change to another one.

i dont like this sistem either by the way... the only good thing is to know what age the juniors have, the rest isn´t an advancement.

c'mon, surely its cool to see your juniors in matches?!

i hope i dont need to play junior in 10matches to have an estimation of his skills too ?

Nope, you will have a 'better idea', but you still won't know the talent.

Seeing juniors running around in meaningless matches might be cool to someone, but I'd trade that for knowing the exact talent anyday.

well if he playes 4 matches and doesnt pop u dont have to waist more time.
if he plays 1, pops, 3 more and pops, and another 3 and pops, u know he has talent between 3 and 3.3 so you can stop with the lad for a while.
