if he plays 1, pops, 3 more and pops, and another 3 and pops, u know he has talent between 3 and 3.3 so you can stop with the lad for a while.

Carvalho the talent still exists, but because your youth coach is now stupid he doesn't know what the skill is, so every week he gives you a guess, that is supposed to be more accurate if the junior plays in more matches.

alvaroferna, if he plays 4 matches and the reported skill doesn't pop, it doesn't mean he didn't pop. It just means the youth coach doesn't know that he popped.

There are no more accurate graphs, that's all.

is this change permanent? and who asked for it? and why was this made?

question: the initial level the junior has when coming in the school is it the correct level or the impression of the coach?
question: anyone know how much levels a coach can be mistaken by +2/-2?

not at all. if you have a magic or unearthly coach, they will show the pops pretty similar to real talent. the talent remains the same and he will pop after 4 matches. if not, the player is crap.

I'd guess that the coach estimates as an English user had this player arrive..

there have been very few people reporting +3 or -3 pops. So I guess highest chance is 0, smaller chance +1 or -1, even smaller chance -2 or +2 and very small chance -3 or +3.

I think with new system it is very much recommended to keep almost all new players until thursday and see what level they have then. Costs nothing and you can estimate talent better with two points than with one.

When will matches for juniors be calculated? We have matches for seniors now but I don't see any for juniors?
