based on this screen i only can say it is between 4 and 6 :)
the 5 is old so perfectly ok, the data of the last 2 weeks is too litle to be usefull.

In 3 weeks I’ll be firing all my juniors and the junior coach, cause I feel that it’s a waste of money, since I can’t get a decent evaluation of the juniors talent. Last week I could confirm that my junior coach had more than 10 wrong evaluations, and today 9 went up and 9 went down and it made his evaluations even worse. And what’s to come? Well it says “the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you.”, but what good will that do, when you have at least 24 juniors at the school every week, wich means that 13 players a week will have no chance to get evaluated fairly. Now I can’t see why, I should continue to put more than 1,3 million Euro per season for that. It would be the most expensive lottery ticket on earth, and I ain’t buying it.
The Junior school used to be one of the most exciting features on sokker, but that is gone now, and I’m left with the feeling of being betrayed. I’m sorry to say this, but sokker has suddenly become less interesting, and if the developing of the game continues down that road, sokker will become a game just like the rest, and not the greatest as it used to be, and should be.

I agree, it is a real problem that you can check only 11 players talent.
As it is currently, without playing a match, I have the same players going up and down 2 levels every week.
One was excellent 3,5 talent before the change, was very good when the change was made to pop to excellent the first training to drop down to very good today.
That everything is not that accurate in the youth school to make it a bit more interesting is a good idea, but it is too heavy implemented.
We will get used to it though.
Sack all your youth that will come with max. age or with bad age/general skill combination.
Do you have more then 11 left?
I don't think so and the rest -talented or not- isn't worth a penny anyways,
So as of now you have the ability to sort out by age, pull week, maximum possible level (+-2) and it's fine.

thx , btw how now we'll know if a junior is talented or no ... :( i don't se nothing special havin plus ... only to see other games ... and the talent of seniors ... damn it we must install all SO :|
if we have a junior league, are we able to see more easily the "real talent" of the youth? because the coach can analize better the player? and in tactic more, how do we know if a youth is foward or defender or midfielder?
I have at the moment 27 juniors, and I have to fire 3 before saturday. I used to fire the less talented, but now I realy cant tell wich players I should fire, but I guess I'll keep them all, cause they are going to be fired anyway. My best talent ever on my junior school was very good with a 3,25 weeks talent, with the new system he wouldn't have survived, cause he wouldn't have had a chance of getting a game. Some of my best juniors have started low, I have alwas valuated my juniors talent higher, than their overall value, but that chance is gone now. I have at the moment a junior with a talent between 3,33 and 3,50 with 19 weeks left, but he'll be fired too, cause he's not worth the cost of my junior school. In 3 weeks I get an outstanding +1 junior with a 4 week talent (18 yo) no matter what the coach says, and then it's bye bye to the rest.

in the other side you can play in another challenge
