some times my friends i introduce to the game start quitting, but when they sign back on for a while theres like 10 jrs waiting to be contracted, im not sure they ever just leave. ill find out haha

Is it better to use all (3?) substitutions in the first game to find out info about more players or just let the starting eleven play?
But using 3 subs in 1 game is max like in senior games?
Suddenly, no-one wants the juniors to leave the junior school!

Because You have set 7 players with DEF order for this game. I guess it isn't really important in junior matches but in "regular" matches training would be lost if You are going to send more then five on the pitch. Change orders of at least two players set as DEF to MID and that warning should be gone.

i asked above if we can use 10 defs and the answer was yes! so we go with the standard orders (max 5 def, max 5 mid, max 3 att), right??
yes you can. But as because of using same system for seniors and juniors you see the seniorwarning. I realy do not think that this warning has any priority on this moment ;)

same thing with NT matches, defenders are high quality so i set many of them as MID for like 8 mids, there was red warning sign but no bad effect
well, it has a bad effect, no bonus training for these players...
