Yeah, that's supposed to be like that :)

Got a question about the level of juniors when joining on Saturday!!
Are the level of new juniors arriving on Saturday determined by the junior coach in place on Saturday.
If no, it would mean that the level of arrival is the true level, and not an estimated one and then maybe we don't even need to have a coach in place on Saturday.

If yes it means we could use our best coach only on Saturday to get a more accurate estimation.

What do you think?

this is getting out of control,for 2 weeks my youth lost from incredible to formidable today,and all the junior team is loosing skills every thursday, are you guys having this problem..thnx

Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you.

And the predictions of the youthcoach are not as bad as some people shout. In at least 85% they are ok (plus or minus 1 to real skill)

indeed, only thing that changed for me: instead of firing based on skill and talent, i fire based on age and skill :)
