@tbeirke

I think it does not has to do with your juniorgame but with your relegation.

so it is

there has been a news last year, but it seems to have vanished from the english front page, I don't know why:

Supporters ambience on promotion

Next season we will change the reaction of supporters on automatic promotions and relegations. Currently, as supporters react dramatically to qualification matches, the lack of a reaction of supporters to an automatic promotion or relegation is not sensible. In fact, some managers believe it is better to lose matches and be relegated automatically so as to not have to play a qualifier.

Next season, supporters of teams that are promoted automatically will react very enthusiastically and their mood will reach the highest possible level. Supporters of automatically relegated teams will become upset, and their mood will be set to the lowest possible level.

edit: this mood drop has been done with the monday update, not immediately after the league match, so it might have looked like it had another reason, but it was because of the direct relegation.

Is anyone else upset that we have 2 weeks of no junior matches which equates to 12.5% of the season which makes predicting junior talent even harder (when it is almost impossible now for anything less than 20 weeks)?

I am not upset. Yes it is harder, yes we need around 20 weeks for a player to know a little bit of his talent... but i see it as a realistic way.

greg said he might change the junior season from 14 to 16 matches sometimes later, so let's wait if he will do that this or next season.

Sorry I did not red all pages.

A modification from the previous system is that your junior coach’s general skill now decides on exactly how the total skills of each junior are determined. The higher the coach level, the more exact the junior level determined. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you. If a junior does not play in a match it does not affect his training - he will still get full training.

In case of a game won by walkover from my opponent, what is the jr. coach players' level determination based on ? Does the coach consider the juniors played a game or is it like if no game was played ? (in 1st case, coach determination is more accurate)

Any clue ?

Junior's Coach make player's evaluations even junior matches are played or not.
Junior matches are only for fun.
In won WO your junior will be trained, and evaluated by your junior Coach.

Thanks for your answer.
How about substitution orders I had set ? Are the substitutes evaluated by the jr. coach as if they should have come on the pitch (ie after half time)?

How about substitution orders I had set ?

No substitutions are done.

Are the substitutes evaluated by the jr. coach as if they should have come on the pitch (ie after half time)?

No. As matches are not taken into consideration by junior's cach to make evaluations, substitutes or lineups are inconsequentials to get trained.
Coach evaluate juniors at school, not on the pitch.

This was different if we were talking about first team.

Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you.

Well... what this statement stands for then ?
I'm not talking about training but about accuracy of evaluations made by the jr. coach.

i wonder, if my junior coach just has GA level 4, will be the junior skill lower than the coach GA?
2011-04-03 14:51:53
If your coach has GA 4 - get a better one. All your players will suck.

thank you. :)
