if all juniors will train the same way they will ruin junior system... im sure.....
2009-12-01 18:58:03
Keeping a tragic after changes took place might be a good idea to test it out. I will surely do this :)
2009-12-01 18:59:53
good point, i will do the same :)

And i will pray every day that it will turns out different from this

Fine idea. I missed to fire few of those.

Question: if goalies are going to be separated from outfielders, then like Rules state for training only goalkeepers receive gk training, thus I assume that outfielders won't get any of that. Is it sane?

here is the answer:

If training will be linear for all positions[except pace?], what will it look like with GK training for field players? They won't get it, right?

it will look exactly as it is, when is keeper at high skill he has to get other skills higher (it can't be like that that eg. juniors keeper over eg. outstaning are always excellent goal keeper, excellent pace, excellent passing)

The news say that every skill improves the same. I hope this doesn't mean that goalkeeper is going to improve for field players, or does it?

as above

it will improve, on higher junior total skill levels

----------------------------------

the keeper will get any kind of training too...

Keeper will get all the skills, as they do now - it was clear.
But, outfield players don't get keeper training.. that was my question.

the outfield players will get keeper training too.

i wonder how will the talent graph behave, after this change!? for example, if this week a junior raises to "solid", but in the second week he will be back to "good", the graph will change along with it?
in this case, we can't rely on talent screens anymore..
2009-12-01 23:51:38
I love the idea of not knowing exactly the talent of the youth!.

i have a q..... if in my division i am the only that i have 11 juniors.... what will happen?
nobody answer my q... :(
2009-12-02 01:24:40
a: you are not the only in equador who has junior school
2009-12-02 01:25:47
I think that it is very unlikely that you are the only one in Ecuador with 11 juniors.
2009-12-02 01:45:53
but in my division yes i think... not in my country

A new junior team always joins the lowest division in the country, irrespective of the division the senior club is playing in.

Doesn't matter if your division doesn't have youth school so long as someone else in the country has a youth school anyway which is surely the case for Ecuador.

thank u!!!

talent graph might decrease one week and up next, but if there are say 34 week junior with talent 4

there will be maybe a pop u at 30, decrease at 29 again back to where it was, increase again at 28 weeks and then pop again at 26 weeks = average of 4 week talent, then increase again in 3 weeks and take 5 weeks after taht to pop the next time...

it will be strange, yes, but you can take the average of all of those and it will work out as an approximate value for the talent... longer graphs will be needed though for this to be more clear
