Why not? There is a chance Brasil and Poland to be out of WC at the group stage level :P

or Romania and Russia....Poland and Brasil have a very good team and it`s better to avoid them in this stage of the competition

12th is correct!

The WC groups come out on Saturday, week 1, and the elections end the next day. The groups for qualifiers come out on week 0.

08/11/10 - National and U21 coach elections, new leagues created
10/11/10 - NSW
11/11/10 - Draw 1st cup round
12/11/10 - Age and salary update
13/11/10 - World cup draw for NT
14/11/10 - No league matches (free time)
15/11/10 - Prize money (sponsors and fans subscriptions)
17/11/10 - 1st round of cup
21/11/10 - 1st match day, 22:00 end of NT/U21 coach elections and u21 world cup draw

so the draw was made 6 days after the play offs. play offs were 27th feb so that makes it the 5th of March in my book

- Pay day for salaries and stadium costs.
- New youths may join the junior school.
- Weekly money transfers from sponsors are received on club’s account.
- Senior NT matches take place.
- (Week 0) The draw of rounds of WC qualifyings.
- (Week 1) The draw of rounds of WC finals.
