Subject: [NT]World Cup Qualifiers
True, the rankings are tight and some managers dont care much about it as long as they are in the top 32 teams (to be in the first 2 pots), which in my eyes its quite understandable, i think top teams can give their young players minutes in friendlies and maintain their strong squads for long term this way, this rankings dosnt mean much, most important thing is to be in this top 32 places, when you are there than your place in the WC is sure for lets say 90%, than in the WC you need luck in the draws (and matches) and every one of the teams that make it to the WC can actually win it, we saw Slovakia in the last WC, i guess no one expected them to make it that far..
p.s
Than we took some "important" ranking points from you last WCQ.. at least we did something..
;-)
p.p.s
In my eyes your NT is a top ~10 in the game..

Yeah, they make the ~80 ratings, they can sure make the 2nd place again, i think it was quite a long time ago when they made it. and also win the cup... mmm... i guess the last part of the sentence also depends on you...
;-)
Right, 3rd, i also had in mind it was 2nd for some reason...

Yup we were 3rd some years ago. But it'll be really hard to do that again cause we only have around 360 users. We can hit the 80's but the material is so narrow when compared to bigger nations that it's impossible to do well for instance with such form- and injury-problems we had last season. But who knows what AAAlin can do with the squad.. :)
360 users, 1000 or 20 000 it doesn't matter if you have world class players.. ofc injures and cards won't help but only 11 players are playing in first team :) with forms and without susspensions everything is possible:)
Of course, but with 360 users you get quite a lot fewer decent youth pulls per season which makes it impossible to have 2 or more similar squads.. And I'd like to see the day when every A-teamer is in good form and not injured! ;) Our first squad can get over 80% marks but when everyone is substituted with "next best players" it'll drop somewhere around 76-78% I think. Poland and other big countries have multible choices for every position, which leads to the fact that besides luck in single games we (and other small nations) also need a huge pile of luck with the forms and injuries.
Certainly the selection of Suomi, can achieve a better placement in the ranking of Sokka, the selection is doing a very good note, the note further in the game does not count at all, Ex: In my game against Hong Kong, made my selection of 52 63 note and they did and got a draw, for sure now with the Aalin in charge of your selection will greatly improve the thing, he is a great maneger, and I am completely sure it will take this selection Suomi far! Good luck!
Im watching you a lot of time now..in that foroum..and you are a little bit selfish,..all the nt coaches that you have national teams that shows on games marks between 76 to 80...I want to see you training national teams with marks 60 to 70 the best..!THIS MACHINE OF SOKKER THE MOST OF TIMES gives advantage to teams that have monster players.Even if the weaker opponent has better tactic..machine will find some way to give the win to the stronger oppopent..
I have seen a loto of national games everyday. And i see that the example when a team has 76 mark and the other 71 the stronger teams winning only with its players and nothing else..This is the true!Ranking dont plays a lot of rule..Every country if succeed to have marks in the games between 75 to 80 is very strong and can win the most of opponents..;)

But its part of the game... its not the stronger teams fault they have stronger players...
I managed i guess +120 matches where our NT (or the Israel NT back than) was the weaker on paper and even if you make a perfect tactic that suit your opponent and its the best you can do there is still a chance of around 80-90% they will win the game thanks to their stronger players (especialy on the offensive side, superdivine strikers are unstopable and they can win a match on their own..), and luck is always needed for a weaker team to not lose to a stronger one, and its part of the game also in real life... and when i say luck that also means that your opponent manager should "play to your hands" with his tactic..
;-)
And believe me i hate it when we lose games because of luck or because the opponent players are unstopable even if we play our best but when you manage a weaker NT you should be aware of it and know what you are going to face...
We for example started a while ago with a rating of around the 50 and now we make the ~70, so your goal as someone who manage a smaller and weaker NT should also be to make this NT stronger in the long term and help them make the strong players that can win the game on their own and not care much about the stronger teams..

Sounds better than our first game :p

UP!
Israel got a comfortable win against El Salvador :)
And already a bit unexpected result: Portugal draws with Japan. Also funny match for Germany. A strikers fail: 57 shots and only 5 goals :)
What surprises we shall see next?!

Romania game: 3xdivine striker with good/solid passing/pm, played with ATT order, is 1 on 1 with the keeper and he tries to pass to other striker. TWICE!
min 60, winger substitution. The new player has superdivine tech. in min ~67, he gets tackled from BEHIND by one of Albania's defenders, who played from the beginning.
Defender - tired, winger - fully fresh, imo impossible tackle from behind.
Ciocoiu, a Polska NT defender, simply shots the ball in the throw-in. I'm sure he can play in Polska NT, he has great secondaries, I won't write here, but you should believe me... and he shots the ball directly in throw-in!!!
what to expect from defenders with 3xvery good-excellent secondaries, then?

You're just weak and they don't want to work with you
Ciocoiu, a Polska NT defender
:O =)
Well as Israel NTC I had only once when the striker passes the ball to other striker...shift happens :)
About tackling, Even with superdivine tech a player may get tackled. You think CR7 for instance won't ever get tackled by a solid defender?
About Ciocoiu, well if he makes that once its not a problem, maybe he was out of options at that time... For instance my favourite israeli player Badier who isn't like Ciocoiu, in the last match tackled the opponent went into offense, fastly got to the opposition area, made a perfect short-cross for Sarsur which missed to score. I guess sometimes it all depends on the options available.

A very good performance :)
