I think the only reason for that is that the additional tactic was a tactic that was deleted..
Or a bug...

The additional tactic was set earlier, i think at 60th minute and it changed without problem

Did you happen to insult greg earlier this week?

On a more serious note: did you set another tactical order at the 75th minute? Maybe that messed things up for some reason.
