England are looking likely to miss our first world cup.
To be honest we have been VERY lucky to still be in with a chance of qualifying.

Well I think you still have a pretty good chance against France.And also USA's match against Azerbaijan will be pretty hard (as you saw today).Your faith is still in your hands - if you win next week you'll qualify.
I doubt we will pick up the win agains France, I would imagine we would need to rely on USA losing to Azerbaijan.

Well, i guess when two teams have a difference of 8 points, the "weaker" one will have to hope in some luck. Knowing the difference in the strength between the two teams and watching the stats, it wasnt only luck that was on our side. ;)
