I took charge of Israel after Anaconda and I can say that the first 16 players are topclass ones, back than, the bench was very short with a lot weaker reserves... So if we judge only by players Israel is 3rd after Romania and Nederland.

yes, after them, with 16 topclass players but taking another NT with less than 10 top players is what I call a weaker NT

I also want to see myself in this position :)
It was in my plan, after next season, to find a weaker NT, 3rd pot, and try to qualify it to the world cup and maybe enter the top 32 in rankings.
But it depends, it requires quite some time to spend and I don't really have it currently, that's why I preffer better countries.

We'll see...

Israil is not weaker..as for u21...teams is si something else..and diffirent..because there the players dont have stamina and full of skills.We speak about nt games.I Was clear in what i said.Im waiting to see a qualification at finals..or perfomace in teams such as Belarus..or Costa rika.. or Kypros..And Romania..i think now has better players...even from Polska..;)

You are totally right mate.And usually users from smaller countries are far more grateful for the results you achieve with their NT.

USA has only 175 users but they're showing a real support so it's a lot of fun and a great honor coaching the USA NT :)
