excusme,, i want to go to world cup now. :)

Your NT has a lot of potential but for some reason you aren't going up and you can, i think you should do some building, start playing younger players and future prospects, don't think about going up for the WC because chances are low, very low, and this shouldn't be the goal.
Get the community investing in junior schools and have some connection to the NT, you can have a much stronger NT with the number of users you have, even if only 20% are active..
