About Indonesia, I haven't followed them during the last seasons, but a couple of seasons ago they really had a very decent team. Main weaknesses back then were the defense (midfield and strikers were really nice).

There is hardly any cannon fodder anymore. Algeria is ranked 90th and hit 73.2 today! Almost all teams are at least in the 60s.
