Subject: [NT]World Cup Qualifiers
Relatively easy draw for Switzerland. Top 2 will be no problem, the goal will be to finish first.

We will have a new Coach who had never been NT experiences.. We hope everthing will go on nice :)
We hope that not. :P Hellas needs to make the difference this time and go for the 1st time in the World Cup. I know its very difficult, but Hellas has become stronger.
Hellas has a great NT if you ask me and can surly make problems to almost any team , lots of potential and still ranked so low comparing to that , if i remember right than it was like that since allways here and i never understood it , when looking for example on Israel NT and the job and build up we (mean for all former and corrent managers) did there - ranked 29 and Hellas comparing to that just 54 (only one place above Latvija..) with same number of seasons in the game as Israel + 3 times more users (and comparing to Latvija 3 more seasons in the game + about 4 times more users..) i think you guys need to make some reorganizing..
:-)

You are right. We didnt made a good job (including me while i was NT coach) regarding the ranking. We focused more to training as best as possible the players and didnt made smart choices while playing friendlys. A little late, but we are climbing now in the rank list. In the U21 NT we made a nice job also about the ranking, so we hope we will climb also in the senior NT.
I dont think its bad to play to help the training (and extra exp.) of young players over rankings , im actualy for it , getting higher in ranking while building the NT is a bonus if you make some good and supprising results , in time after you have the strong base and build up to have a strong NT and potential for many seasons to come than you need to look more at the rankings , thats at least my point of view from my exp. at the NT levels..
As this will probably be my final season in Latvija as my (and all the community) goal was done - to build a strong , young and very promising base for the NT there that will only get better and better in time , i would be happy to go for your NT the next elections if you wont qualify this time , looks like a great chalenge , wonder what are the chances for a foreign manager in your country (with 9 seasons as a manager in NT levels..)?

I wont lie to you. Its very difficult for a foreign manager to get votes. Most of the Greeks prefer a Greek NT coach. Dont look at the real NT with Otto. :P You will have to make a really good point to convince people to vote you.
Question is how many of the users speak and understand english?
If most understand than i guess i can find some good points in trying to convince them...

there is no point in giving young players "experience" imo. Yeah great you have loads of youngsters with top TD BUT half of them then get sold on and booom those ones that have been sold are now at the lowest TD. Hence absolutely no point
The only thing you do by giving young players games in NT or U21 level is give the owners a boost and hopefully a high enough boost to make them train them the way you want them trained

If the player is trained by a local club than most chances he will continue to train him and wont be quick to sell , at least in most cases , so a strong local base is a must if you ask me and i can give you Latvija as an example , i think about 60% of the players in the squad are trained in Latvija if not more. (In our younger generations , the 17-21yr , about 70%+ of the potentials are traind by local users)
And about players that arent trained by local managers , well , in time you somehow know which users are more "trustable" than others when it comes to long term training and wont be quick to sell the player , and you are right , giving them more chances to play and having their player in the squad is giving a boost for the user to train the player , also asking about the player regualry and the progress + training program is helping , again i can give the example of Latvija , since i got there hadnt got many players that i built on for the future and yet where sold , actualy there where few of those that i remember in the 5 seasons i there..

I wouldnt underestimate Bulgaria , they are realy good , its quite an intersting group comparing to some others (NZ...;-)
yep. Bulgaria has a good team, they just need a good coach and they can make or a big surprise(qualifitcation) or to make big problems.
I know, but in any case, Chile have a strong team to win this group (I hope :P)
