You missed the point, I wouldn't mind if he had given WO's in every game. But he played against most of the teams who got a huge benefit on their goal differences when compared to us. He should have played the 1st half of the qualifications as he started it. And yes, we have to concentrate on winning our games, but when the match engine desides that you won't win, what can you do.. just check our first game against Latvia, I'm affraid it'll happen again.

yeah, so you're saying that latvija are friends, and suomi are rivals? Because by forfeiting only to Suomi, Latvija gets an advantage. Besides, the coach should be playing the matches so that the players on the team can get extra experience and grow faster, so that they can become more competitive.

Even if they forfeit to Latvija now, Latvija would still have a +13 GD over Suomi.

No I won't cause he gave us two walkovers, which means 5-0 and 5-0, but played against Latvia (and also you), which means 18-0 and 5-0 for Latvia if he forfaits the second match. 10-0 vs. 23-0, why should I be pleased?

and Im not saying latvija and nicaragua are friends or not. I think that said "nicaragua´s coach have to the banned" is overating. Nicaragua can forfait latvija as well. Im just saying is a strategy and that´s it.

I dont think latvija is taking advantage of this... Suomi must win latvija no matter forfaits.

Yes, but the players get extra training for NT matches so they would grow faster.

well, with the experience i have that´s is relative. But that and the experience are the couple of things the player missed for forfaits. I dont think for 4 or 6 or 8 matches the player will be killed in his progress

i said be punished, not from the start banned. he firstly can get a warning, than a fine, and in the end a ban...

DO you know that in RL if something not "fairplay" is made on purpose, FIFA/UEFA start an investigation of the case and punishes the guitly ones?!

In real life they'd be suspended and all their games forfeited.

okay, in sokker i guess there shouldn't be such harsh penalties, but still such actions made by an NTC must be punished

As the manager of Latvija who got this goal difference advantage i still think what he did sucks and its unfair.. same as it "plays" to our hands this time it could have played to our opponents hands this or next time, and if i would be in the other side of it (Suomi in this case) i would have been angry about it...

I think it should and will be decided between the teams battling for the 2nd place with Ecuador that can surly take points from anyone in this group if you ask me , and if Suomi will beat us (which is not a shocker..) than they deserve this place , if we beat them than we deserve this place..

btw, i wont be supprised if Suomi will beat Iran by 25:0 or something and have better goal difference anyway , they can do that if the keeper of Iran will end his luck.. ;-)

Just checked the situations in the WCQ groups and i see that Scotland and Norway are out. RSA goes to WC, quite interesting...

It's a kind of funny for me: Nicaragua's coach is doing a wrong strategy, non-fair-play one, this is sure, and we bring some real football rules examples.....but when we have all those clubs' NC-s in friendlies and even in championship.......isn't it a little similar from fair-play point of view ?

its not only about Nicaragua's coach, many others did so. And about Club's friendlies, or friendly leagues. these are unofficial matches, optional... in sokker this is a good ground to experiment(tactically). Too bad you can't see the difference between NT official match and an unofficial club friendly where both teams agree to play NC

I wrote it in generally, you've been just the last posting guy.
So, you agree that NCs in championship are against fair-play......let's make the same statement for them as we do for the NT official matches then. It's the same situation. It would be a first step.
I'm sorry for those who don't know what means fair-play, and use the word just up to the interests.
