Subject: [NT]World Cup Qualifiers

I wrote it in generally, you've been just the last posting guy.
So, you agree that NCs in championship are against fair-play......let's make the same statement for them as we do for the NT official matches then. It's the same situation. It would be a first step.
I'm sorry for those who don't know what means fair-play, and use the word just up to the interests.

DO you know that in RL if something not "fairplay" is made on purpose, FIFA/UEFA start an investigation of the case and punishes the guitly ones?!


but this is not RL mate, this is sokker and yet.. there´s not a rule for this.

I agreed, battle for 2nd place will be decide between Suomi and Latvija and if someone get a lost with ecuador it will be game over. So Ecuador will be very "friendly" in those 2 matches :D

Lets generate a situation:

You Coach Slovensko(pot2) and the team from po 3 is Portugal(actual NT rankings). A certain team from last pot forfeits the matches gainst you but plays with Portugal. In the direct matches between Portugal and Slevensko is a 2-1 win for Slovensko, than Portugal wins 2-1. Same score, same points. But Portugal goes through to World Cup just because of a better goalaverage. Would you also be so keen on advocating this strategy of forfeiting for very weak NT's? I really doubt that.

you know what, it happends once when i was coach of venezuela. Cameroun gave me forfait only to me in one match and it was decisive. I didnt have anything to do in 2nd place group but was desvastating for the best 3th place. And I didnt qualified to world cup.
In my conclusions, I didnt said we didnt qualified for that forfait, we didnt qualified because we didnt take more points for serbija in that time, wich took the 2nd place.

so, dont you miss the point. I´m not cheering the forfait. I see it like a strategy of a weak NT. The guy isnt line up and still loosing. 3 points to you without injuries and if you dont qualified because your loosing against the pot2 is because you dont deserve it. I dont think this is gonna be sacrilege

It's a useless debate here, in my opinion.
Since nobody (or almost nobody) is doing something for fair-play in sokker, I mean for fair-play entirely, not just when it bothers you, and fair-play is from the last friendly match till the first important official one, from fixing matches till NC and purposely giving walkovers, well.....it's useless to complaint against just in one case or one aspect of non-fair-play, here and now, it won't solve the problem.
If somebody want to militate for fair-play, to do it for fair-play entirely, there isn't fair-play in parts, just up to the interests and importance. Fair-play is one, and it rules everywhere.
Just make a statement against all the fair-play crossing actions, and to do something, otherwise everything is in vain. How to punish one and not the others in the same time ? just because is more important event ?
If you make concessions for few aspects on some issues that you agree, you obviously will face the other (more important) aspects too.

P.S. And yes, to play NC in friendlies is against fair-play.....just take that the "faking" teams try to bypass the "injury and cards rule" in sokker, and to obtain an advantage over the other teams playing fair, and this is not entirely. Who don't see it, he doesn't know what's fair-play.

you are right, that is unfair if we re elected.
so, maybe we can do is get closser to nicaragua and find what is wrong with them. why their national team is weak and what shall they do.
maybe they need an active approachment.
and that will more better if our senior in this game also make more attention/say hello for country with lower rank..
so, win by WALK OUT will not happen again in the future.

another case,
if there is a tacktic to avoid bigger loose, i can accept it. and that is the risk for winner must accept in his group even it feels not fair. but if it continuous, nicaragua shall be punished.

btw, i wont be supprised if Suomi will beat Iran by 25:0 or something and have better goal difference anyway , they can do that if the keeper of Iran will end his luck.. ;-)
