100% selected training (league match + friendly) = ~8x faster than nonselected training

so maybe 10 minute of selected training = full league and friendly match in unselected training

=> selected training is LOTS faster ;)

I got 8 tech pops this morning, so I'm going to say no.

Is there any kind of list with values and pops for technique training related to player´s age?

what spielaufbau means, is written = playmaker
jahre means years. here are shown the 16 and 17 years old players
wochen means weeks
the skills are written in brackets = ( )

so here first row means:
a 16 years old player needs two weeks to jump to skill good (7)

use only the skillnumber written in the brackets, so you must not know, what a special skill in english means in german. for example zuverlässig means solid. you must not know this, because there is written (8) = level 8

all entries are given for players, who are talented
