Requirements for Mexican National Team

STAMINA:
At least GOOD, for all players.

PACE:
At least GOOD, for all players.

DEFENDERS:
DEFENSE, at least de EXCELLENT.
TECHNIQUE, at least de GOOD.
PASSES, at least ADEQUATE.

MIDDLE FIELD:
PLAYMAKING at least EXCELLENT
PASSES at least de SOLID
TECHNIQUE at least ADEQUATE
DEFENSE at least AVERAGE

GOALKEEPERS
GOALKEEPING at least EXCELLENT
PASSES at least ADEQUATE

STRIKERS:
STRIKER at least EXCELLENT
TECHNIQUE at least VERY GOOD

All mexican NT players must be entered in www.sokker.com.mx so they can be easily handled. I'ts up to you to maintain your NT players updated, if they aren't up to date, they will not be considered.

This rule is optional for foreigner managers, but strongly recommended.

This mainly applies to players I have no information. Guidelines on what I am looking for. This is to make the current England team, I will still collect information from decent young prospects or players that are talented that could make the team in the future. If in doubt, just send me an SK mail, there is no harm in doing so:

GK
Required: Outstanding GK skill
Recommended: Incredible GK with very good + pace

Def
Required: Formidable defending and at least solid in two secondaries (one of which MUST be pace, the other can be pm or tech)
Recommended: Outstanding defending and at least very good in pace and tech (tech can be lower if pace is higher, however, pace can't be lower). Good+ PM a bonus.

Mid:
Required: Very good passing and solid PM, and at least good in pace, and adequate tech
Recommended: Very good passing and pm. Solid + tech, excellent+ pace. Solid def. Any striker skill a bonus.

Note - wingers will have a greater emphasis on pace, and def mids a greater emphasis on defending. A perfect midfielder will be around solid+ in every skill.

Strikers:
Required: Excellent scoring, very good pace, solid tech.
Recommended: Formidable scoring, excellent pace, v good tech. Any defending skill a bonus.

Note - Stamina at solid min is required for ALL outfielders for them to play in a full match.

Only players receiving full training will be eligable to play for the NT, unless they are a "superstar" - IE loads better than those not in training. There are currently only 3 players in this category.

Just MIDfielders. ALthough if you have a good striker or defender or keeper. PLEASE do send their stats

KEEPER: Formidable will make the NT team :)

ANY Mids above 250k value

OR

ANY mids with verygood playmaking at least good technique or pace and passing

OR any MIds with ratings of 36 and above.

WE are desperate for an OM or a GOOD CM.

Requirements for potential NT-players:

GK:
- keeper at least outstanding (12)
- with preferably pace and/or passing at least good (7)

DEF:
- defender at least outstanding (12)
- pace and technique together at least (16), of which pace must be at least solid (8)
- playmaking and passing together at least (10)

MID:
- playmaking and passing together at least (20)
- 2 of the sidestats (pace, technique, defender and striker) at least solid (8)
- very high sidestats might compensate for 1 or 2 levels playmaking/passing

ATT:
- striker at least formidable (11)
- pace and technique together at least (15)
- high pm and/or defender, ie adequate (6) or higher, could compensate for a level of pace or technique.


There are no requirements for stamina. Although a player will need at least solid (8) stamina to get to play a full match.
Skill levels: tragic = 0, divine = 17 (here are the rest of the levels)

Players with match-ratings above 45 are always considered.


N.B. If you have a player that doesn't meet the exact requirements, but you feel he might be good enough, either now or in the future, please contact me or the appropriate scout.

Keeper: at least Outstanding (12)
High pace and passing will be a bonus

DEF DEF-scout: Elise
Your player must qualify for one of these requirements:
*Defender: at least Outstanding (12)
Pace: at least Good (7)
Technique, passing en playmaking together at least 14
or
*Defender: at least Formidable (11)
Pace: at least Solid (8)
Technique, passing en playmaking together at least 16

MID MID-scout: pauwel
Together at least Playmaking + Passing = 17 vb: solid (8) + very good (9) = 17
at least Pace + Technique = 14

keeping: Outstanding (12)
Pace: Good (7)
Recommended:
keeping: Incredible (13)
Pace: very good (9)

Higher keeping will compensate for low secondaries, but i will not accept any keeper with pace lower than average, no matter how good his keeping skill.
Pace is seen extremely favorably.

Defenders:

Technique/passing/PM: Weak (4)
Recommended:
Defending: Incredible (13)
Pace: Very Good (9)

again this is flexible. if your player is great at a particular skill, this may compensate for deficiencies elsewhere

Players will be assessed individually, even if your player doesn’t meet the requirements, but is close, send me his skills anyway. Age will also be considered for squad selection.

And please send me details of any young players that are talented and being trained.
