Higher keeping will compensate for low secondaries, but i will not accept any keeper with pace lower than average, no matter how good his keeping skill.
Pace is seen extremely favorably.

And please send me details of any young players that are talented and being trained.

Sokkermon numbers, I think.

Lowest in your language = 0.
next higher = 1
Etc.
