Do U21 players need to be 20 and under, or 21 and under?

Technically I would have thought 20 and under, but I'd like to know for sure before I rule out my 21 year olds.......

What you need to send/update players to Portuguese NT:

1 - Mozzila ou Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/

2 - Greasemonkey: http://www.greasespot.net/

3 - Sokker NT Database Extension: http://sokker.awardspace.com/ntdb/sokkerntdatabase.user.js

You need Firefox or Mozzila (1) to run greasekonkey (2), software that allows userscripts. Then install the script (3).

You can also search the net for an equivalent to Greasemonkey for Internet Explorer.

After all installed, just go to the individual page of your player, and click on the Portuguese flag near to the name, age, etc... and a page to send the player stats apear.

Yeah but you have to register to see the mexican U21 requirements, witch is silly, cause why register if the player aint good enough. So my young mexican player will never play in the mexican U21. Anyway his tragic form would keep him out anyway.
