Let's keep this thread as a forum for national teams to let people know about their requirements, not for advertising your players. That you can do by sending the skills to the NT-coach or the scouts of that particular country.

U21 for Norway!

First of all, these requirements are a guideline, and shouldn’t be taken literary. Some players have qualities that don’t fit the normal list, and I’m encouraging everyone with players they think might have a chance to register the player in the database.

Goalkeeper U21:
*goalkeeper: Outstanding+
*pace: Good+

Defender U21:
Defender: Outstanding+
Pace: solid+
*Passing, Playmaking and Technique should at least be average+ on average. High skills can make up for lower skills.

Midfield U21:
I prefer a balanced player. All secondary skills are important, but I don’t expect high level in all of them.

There is a distinction between defensive mid and offensive mid. So I'm really interested in midfield players with offensive or defensive qualities.

*Playmaking: solid+
*Passing, Pace, Defence and Technique should be on an solid+ level.

Striker U21:
Striker should be as high as possible. Technique is also very important. I'm also seeking forwards with high pace skill. Passing, playmaking and defence is a bonus but not necessary.

*Striker: Formidable+
*Pace: Very Good+
