If it's possible, train those skills that your player lacks the most:

DEF:
1. pace and defender (equally) - max. divine
2. playmaking and passing - max. excellent
3. technique - max. very good

DEF-MID:
1. defender and pace - max. brilliant
2. playmaking and passing - max. outstanding
3. technique - max. very good

MID:
1. playmaking and passing (equally) - max. brilliant
2. pace (max. incredible) and defending (max. outstanding)
3. technique - max. formidable

Winger:
1. technique and pace - max. brilliant

In all cases Stamina will affect how long your players will play for and secondaries not mentioned will be an advantage.

All coaches with U21 South African players (even if they're not much good), please update their skills in our database with the firefox extension, or sk-mail the skills to me. We've got an U21 friendly this week.

For that matter, if you have any players that are in the NT squad or might be close, please also update them for the second round of WC qualifying which starts the week after the friendly.

If you have an U21-player from Magyarország, please send his skills to me ASAP.

What you need to send/update players to Portuguese NT:

1 - Mozzila ou Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/

2 - Greasemonkey: http://www.greasespot.net/

3 - Sokker NT Database Extension: http://sokker.awardspace.com/ntdb/sokkerntdatabase.user.js

You need Firefox or Mozzila (1) to run greasekonkey (2), software that allows userscripts. Then install the script (3).

You can also search the net for an equivalent to Greasemonkey for Internet Explorer.

After all installed, just go to the individual page of your player, and click on the Portuguese flag near to the name, age, etc... and a page to send the player stats apear.
