These are the guidelines for the requirements to the
[color=#CC0000 size=5 face=arial]Swedish National Team:[/color]
First of all, these requirements are a guideline, and shouldn’t be taken literary. Some players have qualities that don’t fit the normal list, and I’m encouraging everyone with players they think might have a chance to register the player in the database.
I'm also encouraging everyone to register younger potential future NT
players as well. This will give me a chance to see what’s coming in the future.
Goalkeeper:
*goalkeeper: incredible+
*pace: Solid+
*passing: weak+
U21:
*goalkeeper: Formidbale+
Defender:
*Defender: Oustanding+
*Pace: Excellent+
*Passing, Playmaking and Technique should at least be
Good+ on average. High skills can make up for lower
skills.
U21:
Defender: Formidable+
Pace: Very Good+
*Passing, Playmaking and Technique should at least be
average+ on average. High skills can make up for lower
skills.
Midfield:
Playmaking should be as high as possible. Again I prefer a balanced player. All
secondary skills are important, but I don’t expect high level in all of them.
There is a distinction between defensive mid and offensive mid. So I'm really
interested in midfield players with offensive or defensive qualities.
*Playmaking: Solid+
*Passing, Pace, Defence and Technique should be Excellent+ on average. High skills can make up for lower skills.
U21:
*Playmaking: good+
*Passing, Pace, Defence and Technique should be on an Solid+ level.
Forward:
Striker should be as high as possible. Technique is also very important. I'm also seeking forwards with high pace skill. Passing, playmaking and defence is a bonus but not necessary.

Australian NT Minimum Requirements
These should be used more so as a guide then a rule. These do not guarantee they'll represent the NT but this does mean that I want to hear updates of their progress regularly.
Players that do not follow all requirements but are reasonably close I also want to hear from you, especially if they are U21. Note also that if you are higher in some skills listed here but lower in another, you can still send the skills across as there is some flexibility allowed. A classic example is having a striker with very good striking but high pace and technique, say brilliant+.
Just a final message to say that for U19's should pass at least 1 of the following criteria below:
*Junior came out of school excellent+
*Junior came out of school with a talent under 5
*Junior came out of school at either 16 or 17

These should be used more so as a guide then a rule. These do not guarantee they'll represent the NT but this does mean that I want to hear updates of their progress regularly.
Players that do not follow all requirements but are reasonably close I also want to hear from you, especially if they are U21. Note also that if you are higher in some skills listed here but lower in another, you can still send the skills across as there is some flexibility allowed. A classic example is having a striker with very good striking but high pace and technique, say brilliant+.
Just a final message to say that for U19's should pass at least 1 of the following criteria below:
*Junior came out of school excellent+
*Junior came out of school with a talent under 5
*Junior came out of school at either 16 or 17
