As these are just the general guidelines, especially for the younger players meaning U18 it would be highly appreciated if you could also share talent from the youth school, in this way our criteria could be more flexible.

For U21, there are no requirements, but I don't want all the crappy players.

- defender at least formidable
- pace at least very good
- preferably playmaking, passing and technique at least weak

Midfielders - MID
- pace at least solid
- technique at least good
- passing at least solid
- playmaker at least solid
- defender at least good

Important note
- Def Mid : More defender, secondaries could be less.
- Centr. Mid : Preferably good defender ànd good secondaries.
- Winger : Defender could be less, but more playmaker, technique and passing!

Attackers - ATT
- striker at least solid
- pace at least solid
- technique at least solid
- good secondaries are bonus.

If one skill is below the limit, the other should be above.

There are no requirements for stamina.
Although a player will need at least good stamina to play a full match.

If your player is:
*22-24 yo: he may not follow all the requirements
*25+ yo: he must strictly follow all the requirements

Vi behöver ha in 19åringars talanger, ni som tror er ha en bra 19åring får gärna börja skicka dom så vi kanske kan utnyttja dom i kommande U19 match.

You who think you have a good 19years old player. Send him so we can take a look and maybe use him for a match later on.

These are approximate requirements, but players who are close but younger, or have one or two skills higher than the others are also wanted. If you have one who is simply close, please also report him to me.

If you have a younger than 21 player, but think he might get to this level by the time he`s 21 please report him. We would like to use them in U20-games or U19-games to give them extra experience for the upcoming World Cup.

Just thought i would post this early. Next weeks game against Iceland is going to be an under 19 affair. This is to encourage the trainers of these players to keep training them and to also let us see what our future has in store for us.

IF you have a player in the current squad and they are dropped after this weeks game do not fear its just to make room for some youngsters and they will be back in after the iceland game (honest).

IF you have any 18/19yr old player who you think "nah he hasnt got a chance" DONT TAKE THE RISK. Click on the little Scotland flag (if you use firesokker) and update his details in the database.
