Venezuelan National Team
Requirements:

Hi all,
For a quick reference, here are the requirements for
the Venezuelan National Team:
Long term and off-season training and quality of coach
will be valued.

In General: (STAMINA and PACE)
STAMINA: minimum ADEQUATE for all players.
PACE: minimum ADEQUATE for all players, without
exception.
(Those will be the minimum skills that the players
should have)

POSITIONS (DEF, MID, ATT, GK):

DEFENDERS:
DEFENDER, minimum: SOLID
PASSING, minimum: ADEQUATE
TECHNIQUE, minimum: ADEQUATE
PLAYMAKER, minimum: AVERAGE

MIDFIELDERS:
PLAYMAKER, minimum: SOLID
PASSING, minimum: GOOD
TECHNIQUE, minimum: GOOD
DEFENDER, minimum: AVERAGE
STRIKER, minimum: WEAK


STRIKERS:
STRIKER, minimum: SOLID
TECHNIQUE, minimum: GOOD
PLAYMAKER, minimum: ADEQUATE

GOALKEEPERS:
KEEPER, minimum: VERY GOOD
PASSING, minimum: GOOD

(yeah, as weird as this looks like i´m training an argentinian player =(, and he´s one of the best of my team!! \o/ )

Pace + Passing: 10

Defensor:
1) First Chance:
Defense: 8 (solid)
Pace: 6 (adeguate)
Technique + Passing + playmaking: 15

2) Second Chance:
Defense: 10 (excellent)
Pace: 8 (solid)

Midfielders:
Playmaking: 7
Passing: 7
Pace: 6
Technique: 6

Striker:
Striker: 8
Pace: 7
Technique: 7

TEAM USA REQUIREMENTS

ALL OUTFIELDERS MUST HAVE GOOD PACE AND STAMINA

GK
Required: Brilliant GK skill, good pace, and weak passing
Exceptions: Incredible GK with excellent pace

DEF
Required: Formidable defending and at least solid in three secondaries or good in four other skills
Preferred: Outstanding+ defending, very good+ pace, good+ technique, and adequate+ passing
Exceptions: Players w/ excellent defending and formidable+ pace; players w/ additional levels of pace (above excellent) may be lower in other skill requirements

*Simply high defending levels will not get your player added to the team

MID
Required: Very good PM, good passing, solid technique, average defending
Preferred: Very good+ PM and passing, solid+ technique, very good+ pace, solid+ DEF
Exceptions: Additional levels of pace, technique, and passing (above very good) can be lower in other requirements

*Scoring could be a deciding factor if positions become competitive

ATT
Required: Excellent scoring, very good pace, solid technique
Preferred: Formidable+ scoring, excellent+ pace, very good+ technique, average+ passing
Exceptions: Additional levels of technique (over outstanding) can replace twice the requirement of other skills

for russian keeper solid is sufficient

thats not much to bad there arent any for sale I could train :P
