Now it's time to set the minimum requirements for the greek national team. This means that if your player has these skills, he can enter our “national pool”. Then it's our national manager's duty, to see who's the most suitable player for the specific position (he must of course choose meritocratically).
For keepers we need:


good stamina,
very good pace,
excellent keeper

For defenders we need:
solid stamina,
very good pace,
solid technique,
solid passing,
good playmaking,
very good defender

For Def midfielders we need:
solid stamina,
solid pace,
very good technique,
good passing,
solid playmaker
solid defender

For Att midfielders we need:
solid stamina,
solid pace,
very good technique,
solid passing,
solid playmaker


For strikers we need:
solid stamina,
solid pace,
solid technique,
very good striker



*Do not send Sk-mails to the national manager for specific players. All national players should be trained every week, otherwise they will be kicked from our squad. There will be a website soon, in which you can register your players in our national team. Players that are not capable to achieve an -at least- 35% in leage or cup matches will not be registered in our national team. We are a new nation in Sokker, and we may soon, decrease our demands in skill requiremnts for the nt team, (if we don't find a satisfactory number of players).

These are the guidelines for the requirements to the Norwegian National Team:

First of all, these requirements are a guideline, and shouldn’t be taken literary. Some players have qualities that don’t fit the normal list, and I’m encouraging everyone with players they think might have a chance to register the player in the database.

I'm also encouraging everyone to register younger potential future NT players as well. This will give me a chance to see what’s coming in the future.

Goalkeeper:
*goalkeeper: Incredible+
*pace: very good+
*passing: weak+

Defender:
I'm seeking balanced players with high defence (very good+).
The player should also have high technique, passing, playmaking and pace. I don’t expect high in all the skills.

Midfield:
Playmaking should be as high as possible. Again I prefer a balanced player. All secondary skills are important, but I don’t expect high level in all of them.

There is a distinction between defensive mid and offensive mid. So I'm really interested in midfield players with offensive or defensive qualities.

Forward:
Striker should be as high as possible. Technique is also very important. I'm also seeking forwards with high pace skill. Passing, playmaking and defence is a bonus but not necessary.
