Hi all,
For a quick reference, here are the requirements for

In General: (STAMINA and PACE)
STAMINA: minimum SOLID for all players.
PACE: minimum SOLID for all players, without
exception.
(Those will be the minimum skills that the players
should have)

POSITIONS (DEF, MID, ATT, GK):

DEFENDERS:
DEFENDER, minimum: VERY GOOD
PASSING, minimum: ACCEPTABLE
TECHNIQUE, minimum: GOOD
PLAYMAKER, minimum: AVERAGE

MIDFIELDERS:
PLAYMAKER, minimum: VERY GOOD
PASSING, minimum: SOLID
TECHNIQUE, minimum: VERY GOOD
DEFENDER, minimum: AVERAGE
STRIKER, minimum: WEAK


STRIKERS:
STRIKER, minimum: VERY GOOD
TECHNIQUE, minimum: SOLID
PLAYMAKER, minimum: ACCEPTABLE

GOALKEEPERS:
K, minimum: VERY GOOD
PASSING, minimum: SOLID

and pace? don't you consider pace for strikers?
