I don't know why, but I disagree that with this implementation you can know a player's talent for sure.

Granted, you gain a huge advantage, but imo it's not as bad as it was before the youthschool changed.

go to the players page -> assistant -> arrow

you will see the development of the player

By the way, according to Dutch moderator Pauleta86, it's not supposed to be there and it will be removed ASAP.

I can say with 90% certainty that this is a bug, because Greg always rejected the idea of making graphs public when player is on the transferlist. Since this feature is sort of the same you can assume this is a bug. They implemented a way to see player development in the assistent, but forgot to disable this for players who are not owned by you (on TL thus).
