For next season i want to be candidate for U-21 election gladly.

I disagree. Every week, 18- and 19-year-old players join the bot team. If the coach manages the databases and checks new players, he can find and call up such a player to the U21 team. On Saturday, he will automatically be put on the TL.
And then you can buy someone to train for the team. In most cases, training for the U21 team is not the same as training for money, which is why there are few people willing to help the U21 team.
But everyone has a different goal in the game. Those who enjoy training “exotic” players for the U21 team will surely find something interesting for themselves. They may come across players with seemingly disqualifying skills at the start, but later it will turn out that they have created a player "from zero to hero."

I have worked with the national teams of 4 countries.

I competed in 8 World Cup qualifying matches with these countries. I managed to participate in the World Cup 6 times.

I am looking for a job. :))))

I will shoot early too if anyone planning on leaving their U21 post this season?

I really love the U-21 side of the game (and my time with Ireland) but would love a step up to a nation with a few more active users (10+) even if the ranking is low that doesn't really matter to me. I have had a NT role every season since coming back to sokker for my 2nd stint (I was around back in the 2D only days), with runs to the knockouts of the AFCON and Copa America with the weaker teams, but with just 11 active Irish users we don't have much resource for all the time and effort I put in. I would love the chance to have a team with a little bit more quality and get a bit more of an active community around a national team, if you look through my Ireland forum thread I try to give as much information as possible (Rankings/Pull stats/Transfer listed NT players) to make sure the pipeline of progression is there as players age out and the doesn't become a shortage in one position. I will obviously take on trainees of my own and have high level coaches, which is especially important as an outsider without a direct youth school.

*Latvia U21 National Team: 2 seasons
*Latvia Senior National Team: 4 seasons
*Turkey Senior National Team: 2 seasons
*Denmark U21 National Team: 1 season
*Azerbaijan U21 National Team: 1 season
*Turkey U21 National Team: 2 seasons.

With the Latvia Senior National Team, we finished 2nd in our World Cup qualifying group and advanced to the Round of 16 at the World Cup. Then, for two seasons, I coached the Turkey Senior National Team, during which time we finished both our World Cup qualifying group and our World Cup group as leaders, but were eliminated in the quarter-finals by Germany, who later became World Champions. After two unfortunate and unsuccessful seasons with the Denmark U21 and Azerbaijan U21 national teams, I took over the Turkey U21 national team. This season, I managed to become World Champions with the Türkiye U21 national team.

I currently manage •Galatasaray•, which competes in the Turkish Second League. Many in-game managers know me thanks to the arcade tournaments I organize; I'm a very active player.

I'm looking for a new managerial role where I can work with the national team.
