Subject: Youth school system

There are many users that closed youth school cause they don't like new youth school system !! I think that the new system based by 90% on luck ... Most users believe that "clear" talent was by far better than coach's estimation ... I would like to see your vote and your comments about that !! Thanks for your time :)

I'm happy with new system. It's less mechanical. More exciting.

definately the new system. more fun, more time needed to find out. Old system was too easy in my opinion.

I can predict that for you right now. The users will take the easy option and go with the old system because they want everything in this game served up on a plate for them.

In new system i cannot say anything about player's talent and final ability level in first 10 weeks

i really like the way you can see that. sure its great having a magical coming in 20 weeks time, but then he is 20.
disgusted.
its useful for players who are going to be 20 and maybe very good/excellent final skill you can see in 15 weeks time. worth nothing then probably, you can fire them sooner and have easier cutoff points

I liked the old system more, why?
Because the tension for the age of the players was the bigger;
That's actually the only real reason for me...

and not because you have a player who is incredible with 8 weeks left and you login next week and he is formiddable with 7 weeks left? :P
