Subject: Youth school system
Actually I have pretty nice graphs most of the time...
Maybe it's because I have an unearthly coach :p

In new system i cannot say anything about player's talent and final ability level in first 10 weeks
Anyone can. So you can sell a bad player like a talented one and just the opposite.
Personally I like find out skills watching youth matches and keeping an eye on marks.
But for selling... you must (and you can) keep the youth several weeks in proper training and then you'll get the talent.

generally i find the higher talent players have more accurate graphs which leads me to guess the amount the coaches guess is out depends on his talent so if there is a pop of 3 weeks he probably isnt worth keeping.
still only as random theory at the moment thoguh

Chrisovalantis Kapetanos MID mark 36 with most work on defence (9% 21%)
Although he has no higher skill than solid he has all his field skills in a good level for develope him in any position.
He is a futurible NT player. He is ready both to play and to train.

lmao at the pops.. starts at 6 weeks or something and gets shorter and shorter XD
It looks funny, but i believe most of the data is between the 1 up and 1 down marge :)
I was close to reject him in week no10 ... :(
Yes i understand, but never reject a player in let say 10 weeks who has an '8' in 4th week ;)
As long as a player can be 'goed enough' for the age he will be pulled i keep him. I only evaluate talent after week 14.
but i have a similar player:
6 5 6 6 6 7 6 7 7 7 7 7 9 9 8 9 9 10 10 10 11 11 11 12 11 12 11 12 13 13 13 13 13 13
first and last period has a very 'bad' sequence :D

i only know the new system but the last short term youth player i had before i shut down my youth team completely ended with a +3 -1 -1 -1 sequence .... that surely looked like rigged gambling lol
but having a youth team just to play that additional match per week would be enough for me (playing is what a game is for) but it'll take me at least 3 more seasons before i can have the relative certainty in funding to sustain a youth team, no matter what the system might be then.

you shouldnt create a system until you can afford 35 000 euro a week minimum i think..
I agree... And than you have only a brilliant coach with 10 - 12 spots... so maybe even longer.
Juniors don't like the new system, too many of them are sacked everyweek just because they're 17 or 18 !!!
incredible is enough i think.. though with new talent system i dont know. even outstanding YC people have had high talent players
