incredible is enough i think.. though with new talent system i dont know. even outstanding YC people have had high talent players

well strictly speaking you can have a star talent even with a poor trainer because the talent itself is random and fixed, however because of the trainer you might not notice the real potential of the player. he might come out looking like nothing special but once he gets decent training he could still blossom... however even if you'd see the real potential for long term youths all those months under a low quality trainer would be a waste of training compared to what a high quality one would have achieved with the available talent anyway.
